Are you a passionate and experienced in high-volume recruitment or delivering an operational service in a high volume, fast paced environment Do you have a passion and expertise in helping to improve and shape user friendly processes?

We're looking for aRecruitment Team Leaderto join our Recruitment team here at the RUH.

This is a key role providing leadership and support to our team, ensuring the team and service have fit for purpose, user friendly processes, knowledge, skills and training in place to deliver a great service to our stakeholders.

The role acts as the expert for recruitment compliance and processes, and ensuring that workload activity is managed effectively.


This is an exciting time to join our team we are on a journey to develop our recruitment function, with a strong focus on digitisation and improvement of processes.

Key to this we have recently implemented a new Applicant Tracking System (Trac).


This role is ideal for someone looking for variety and responsibility and is enthusiastic about the challenges of a busy working and constantly changing environment.

You have line management experience and are highly motivated, with the ability to motivate and influence others, suggest and implement ideas to improve team performance and service efficiency and have excellent communication skills


An ability to remain calm under pressure and to achieve tight deadlines along with the ability to build relationships at all levels will help you succeed in the role.

Previous experience in the NHS or a health care setting will be an advantage but is not essential.
