An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, forward thinking Administrator to work within ACERS. The post holder will work mainly within the Pulmonary Rehabilitation team, supported by the ACERS Administration Lead.
The postholder will, deal with all administrative issues arising within the team such as, clinic, transport and advocacy bookings, database inputting and maintenance and answering telephone queries from pulmonary rehab patients.
The team is led by the Cardiorespiratory Nurse Consultant and supported by a Thoracic Medicine Consultant as well as, Assistant Practitioners, Rehabilitation Assistants and the Lead Administrator.
The service is integrated across primary and secondary care, as well as providing outpatient services within General Practice and Community Leisure Centres.
You will be responsible for maintaining administrative systems and updating patient electronic databases related to ACERS PR with support from the Administration lead.
The postholder may at times, have to support the wider team with similar administrative tasks and covering for the Lead Administrator when required.
