Position:


Main responsibilities

  • Support Teams with workforce capacity planning, forecasting, and scheduling (jobs/tasks/projects)
  • Monitor operational delivery dashboards and track compliance with the schedule, highlighting any issues or risks which may impact performance, including achieving the right balance between quality and quantity.
  • Provide regular updates to management, utilizing key metrics such as utilization, capacity, missed deadlines, and 'pinchpoints' and highlight any areas of opportunity or concern.
  • Recommend and action plan agreed interventions.

General

  • Advocate the development and adoption of technologies to deliver the digital strategy within Briar
  • Support implementation of digital solutions.
  • Support development of communication and training materials
  • Provide adhoc operational delivery reporting and commentary as required
  • Assist with the development of business cases for additional solutions.
  • Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement across teams, highlighting the benefits aligned to our strategic plan
  • Raise, manage and resolve any issues impacting performance of relevant software and technologies (i.e. mpro5)
  • Work with Teams and software providers to innovate and develop new capabilities to maximize return on investment
  • Manage 'Quality and Compliance' aspects such as ISO, Audits, NPS, eNPS, identifying and implementing 'Continuous Improvement' recommendations
  • Manage relevant communications to ensure high level of engagement, adoption, and collaboration
  • Day to day liaison point between Briar and external technology providers to ensure digital workflow/workplace technologies remain fit for purpose.

  • Salary: £28,000.00
