Work with Head of Product Management to develop the 5-year vision and roadmap for the enterprise SaaS solutions.

Working closely between the client and internal development teams supporting the development of the SaaS offering.

Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams throughout the process.

Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing.

Overview

Future engineering:

Work with Head of PM to develop the 5year vision and roadmap for the category
Participate in market research, validation, and white space analysis to identify opportunities for new or existing features and functionalities
Partner with business managers and product teams to build roadmaps that will be reflected in the company's broader product strategy

Delivery:

Partner development teams to manage roadmap and backlog for all digital and digitallyenabled products, ensuring that capabilities are delivered on time and per expectation
Partner with business management teams and product management across global regions, to identify key capabilities needed as well as potential issues
Partner regularly with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams throughout the process
Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
Work with IT to understand and build the supporting infrastructure (like hosting platforms etc) with the end goal in sight
Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement

Go to market:

Work with strategic marketing to develop positioning and messaging and ensure differentiation from competitors
Ensure internal activation to support proposition launches definition, generation and delivery of sales collateral and product training across all teams.
Set, drive, monitor and deliver on product KPIs

You need to have.

University degree with specialisation in business, computer science, information systems, or related field
Working knowledge and understanding of SQL queries and with backend and frontend programming languages such as Java, HTML, CSS
Minimum three to five years of experience in digital product management or similar role with proven experience delivering digital solutions to market
Working understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivering into an Agile framework
Experience in usability, user experience, and customerfocused design
Experience developing product roadmaps based on market analysis and customer engagement
Proven ability to conduct voice of customer and translate these insights into business requirements for execution
