The Role:

Trainee Account Executive

£19,000 - £22,000

Agriculture House, Dorchester

Monday to Friday, - 5pm

As a mutual, supporting our customers and paying their claims comes first. We are a top ten UK insurance company and the UK's largest rural insurer, with an agency network of over 250 local offices.

About the Agency:

We are a friendly and professional team of eight people, working from Agriculture House in Dorchester.

Over the last 3 years, the agency has grown significantly, and we are look to bring a Trainee Account Executive into the business to support that continued growth.

About the role:

We provide a structured programme of support to enable you to develop a career within the business.

You will start with car and home insurance; contacting prospective customers to win new business and supporting existing customers to make changes to policies that they already hold with us.

You will also learn how to prospect for new business and cross-sell other products to customers, including our Financial Services offerings (pensions and investments) which are delivered by a dedicated Financial Adviser.

About you:

You have the drive, energy and enthusiasm to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients. You're a good problem solver with strong organisational, maths and English skills. Moreover, you're looking to start a professional career within the service sector, based in your local community.
