Business Relations Advisor on a part time basis for a 6 month period. This position sits within the Customer Operations department based in Glasgow.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Business Relations team who are responsible for supporting the customer journey of our valued partners, through the administration of process requests and providing advice to create a great customer experience.
The job
Reporting to the Team Manager, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:
- Supporting our customers with requests for support to maintain their membership with ACCA.
- Providing a first point resolution service to our customers in a professional manner.
- Be an ambassador for ACCA, treating all internal and external customers with respect and maintain professionalism at all times
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of current processes and procedures
Working Hours
25 hours per week. The role involves working 1 day at the weekend every 4th weekend.
The person
We're looking for someone who has the following skills/experience:
- Experience of working in a customer focused role with assessment and administration responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with a track record for providing first class customer service
- Highly organised, logical and methodical approach to work
- An emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve the customer experience
- A positive attitude and approach to work
- Ability to multitask using different systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems
- The role may be home based in line with current government guidelines therefore you must be able to take all forms of contact including telephone calls at home
- Has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external customers.
