Do you have a high level of proficiency with MS Office Teams, and SharePoint?

We are seeking an experienced administrator to undertake operational activities in relation to learning and teaching across our portfolio of Higher Education programmes.
This involves a range of activities that contribute to students' experiences and the effective running of the Academic Community department.
Principal activities of this role include:
- Maintaining records relating to faculty contracts, development, and teaching responsibilities.
- Supporting the onboarding and induction process of new members to the team.
- Providing administrative support to faculty in relation to diary management and learning and teaching deadlines.
- Providing a range of committee meeting activities, including arranging meetings, drafting agendas, minute taking, and preparing papers and reports.
- Completing quality checks on course websites and any other learning materials.
- Coordination of development activities: awaydays, workshops and events.
- Maintaining and updating process documentation for learning and teaching activities and support faculty in using this.
- Liaison with the HE Support team on operational issues relating to teaching.
This role can be based from the London office with home working on a hybrid basis; however, we would expect the post-holder to attend meetings and workshop activities on-site where necessary.
