Job Summary: 6 Month Temporary Contract


The role's going to require someone who is good at admin, patient & polite & friendly, doesn't need much direction and can take hold of something with both hands, literate as mentioned Good communication skills and can write well, had good time management, and organised.


Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Converting sales leads into viewing appointments and bookings
  • Identifying the sales opportunities and customer needs
  • Delivering daily and weekly targets including conversion tracking
  • Updating all databases accurately to allow for effective analysis
  • Liaise with the property teams regarding local sales activity and ensure they have all the tools required locally to drive lead conversion
  • Ensure all enquiries are logged and all sales processes and policies are followed.
  • Ensure all enquiries are followed up using all routes for contacting and converting to a booking in line with the sales process
  • Demonstrate a clear knowledge of the properties and keeping up to date with all activity throughout the year
  • Ensure deadlines are met

Skills

  • Must have very strong written English skills for communication with customers.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent admin, organisational skills and time management skills.
  • Negotiating skills.
  • Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.
  • Ability to achieve goals and targets within timescales.
  • Sales experience preferred but not required.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£26,000.00 per year
