We're seeking a dynamic, hands-on Head of Marketing, with a broad skill set to lead our client's team. You'll need to ensure alignment with company goals, and mentor your team to success.
As Head of Marketing, you'll lead all brand and marketing efforts, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on involvement. This diverse role will incorporate; strategy, objective setting & reporting, and overseeing campaign development.
There will be overseas travel involved in this role also.
In return you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £90K, along with:

Key Responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing a global marketing strategy.
Leading integrated campaigns across channels.
Driving CRM strategy and platform development.
Managing budget and resource allocation.
Fostering stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
Providing regular communication and reporting.
Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of marketing professionals.
A minimum 5 years in marketing management.
A degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Proficiency in brand, digital media, and social campaigns.
Experience with Marketing Automation Systems, preferably Pardot by Salesforce.
Strong strategic, analytical, and creative skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
