We are recruiting a Social Media Marketing Executive for our global client, based here in the UK, who manufacture and supply innovative products to the Veterinary, Pet and Aquatic industries.


Within this role you will be working in a small, fast paced, dynamic team of talented individuals in a company that is growing and where there is lots of scope for progression.

This role offers hybrid working, with three days spent in the office and the rest from home.

You will be paid a salary of £30k+ along with some brilliant benefits including:

We are on the hunt for an engaging, enthusiastic, and highly driven Social Media Marketing Executive with an X-factor This is much more than a social media "poster" - you will need to be a very creative copy writer who is passionate, has an eye for detail and who will relish taking control of all aspects of the company's social media


This will include:

  • Developing social media strategies and campaigns
  • Creating engaging, relatable content and managing a content calendar
  • Understanding industry insights, needs & challenges
  • Deciphering social media analytics
  • Collaborating internally, not only within the marketing team but also the sales team, to understand how to best position the company's products to increase sales
  • Liaising with external PR & digital agencies, printers and translators.
For this Social Media Marketing Executive role, we would love to see CV's from people who have:
At least 2 years' experience in a similar Social Media Marketing Executive role

  • Confidence to put forward & share new ideas and be a collaborative team player
  • A strong, proactive approach in utilising social media to drive target customers to the company's website in order to generate leads and help convert sales
  • Ability to think on your feet and good commercial acumen
  • Experience within the pet/vet industry would be advantageous
  • A degree in marketing or who have undertaken a digital apprenticeship (desirable but not essential)
  • Can drive to the office, due to lack of nearby public transport.
