What's involved with this role:
Contract to start on until with a possible extension.


Key Duties:


Interim Principal Estates Surveyor to lead on all Estates management matters, including the day-to-day management of the commercial portfolio, the repairs and management of community leases, corporate portfolio, asset portfolio valuations, leasehold enfranchisement, RTB valuations and insurance valuations.


Salary:
£380.00-£480.51 per day

  • Monday to Friday
