Job Description:
We are seeking confident individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator, and be our Front of House representative.
In this role, you will serve as the face of our company, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Your main responsibilities will include receiving food delivery orders and distributing them to multiple companies within the buildings we operate.
Each Customer Service Coordinator will be assigned their own building to manage. This role offers a flexible contract, with work scheduled from Monday to Friday during office hours.As you will consistently work from the same location, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our clients and their teams.

Responsibilities:
As a Front of House representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer queries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Receiving food and catering deliveries and ensuring their accuracy and timeliness.
- Distributing food to various floors and meeting rooms within the building, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Serving as a brand ambassador, representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in customerfacing roles, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and a customercentric approach.
- Must present themselves professionally and reliably, reflecting the standards of our company.
- Ability to think on one's feet and demonstrate initiative, adapting quickly to changing situations.
- Strong commitment to representing our brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
- Be available to work five days a week, Monday to Friday.
- Be willing to work on a flexible hours contract, accommodating the needs of our clients and the business.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of a full clean driving licence would be highly beneficial for transportation needs.
- Fluency in English is essential to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in computer skills is preferred to facilitate various tasks and responsibilities within the role.
