Position Overview:

As an Event Booker at Wolf and Lamb, you will be the driving force behind ensuring our clients have an incredible gastronomic journey at their shoots or events.

Your organisation skills will shine as you assist clients in booking their catering needs, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives under pressure and knows how to have fun while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Client Catering Assistance:
Be the go-to person for our clients, guiding them through the exciting process of selecting their catering options.

From designing mouthwatering menus to recommending the perfect drink pairings, you'll assist clients in making choices that will leave their guests begging for seconds.

Booking Coordination:
Take charge of the catering booking process, ensuring every detail is handled with finesse.

From scheduling tastings to securing final agreements, you'll use your organisational prowess to keep everything on track, leaving no room for last-minute surprises.

Menu Customisation:

Unleash your creativity as you collaborate with our talented culinary team to create bespoke menus that reflect the unique personality of each event.

Relationship Building:
Forge strong connections with our clients, building a rapport based on trust, understanding, and shared excitement.
