Description
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for the following:

Promoting company products and prospecting new business
Growing existing client base
Attending facetoface and video meetings to promote the company
Targeting specific sales drivers to move growth for both business divisions
Researching and identifying new business opportunities
Engaging with customers and maximising sales and marketing opportunities
Securing new customers and growing spend
Developing new business
Potential progression to Sales Director

Profile
The successful Business Development Manager will have the following skills:

Hunter mentality
Successful background in business development in Engineering, Utilities, or Manufacturing sector (Essential)
Ability to break into new markets and regions
Strong drive to pursue and achieve targets
Flexibility in work approach
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
Proficiency in AutoCLAD (Desirable)
Established customer base (Desirable)
