Description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to work for our client, a successful Bespoke Manufacturer, based in Bradford.

If you hold strong Customer Service skills, we would be keen to speak with you.

This role offers working from home on a Friday.

The role of the Customer Service Coordinator will be varied but responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with customer enquiries regarding products/pricing.
  • Promotion of products.
  • Providing accurate quotes to customers.
  • Liaising with different departments.
  • Inputting orders on to the system.
  • Scheduling weekly deliveries.
  • General customer service and customer support.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have strong attention to detail.
  • Work efficiently.
  • Have a good knowledge of all MS packages.
