We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to work for our client, a successful Bespoke Manufacturer, based in Bradford.
If you hold strong Customer Service skills, we would be keen to speak with you.This role offers working from home on a Friday.
The role of the Customer Service Coordinator will be varied but responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with customer enquiries regarding products/pricing.
- Promotion of products.
- Providing accurate quotes to customers.
- Liaising with different departments.
- Inputting orders on to the system.
- Scheduling weekly deliveries.
- General customer service and customer support.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Work efficiently.
- Have a good knowledge of all MS packages.
