The role will support a multi-site team, where you will be the main contact for the people managers and the Senior Leadership Team, providing operational wide support with all HR related matters including;

Employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance and sickness management, L&D, succession planning, onboarding and offboarding.

Who are we looking for?

A minimum of 3 years HR Advisory experience, within the manufacturing, FMCG or logistics sectors
Multisite experience would be advantageous
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (or working towards)
Confidence and ability to work alone and make decisions, open and honestly
Ability to influence and motivate others and experience working with Senior Leadership Teams
A great communicator, who can engage on all levels from factory floor up to executive level
Has a "winning" attitude towards multiple projects and activities, able to prioritise with ease
Has ideas and experiences that support the continuous improvement of building a credible HR team
Up to £45,000 Salary
