We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join a growing, local business where the focus is on customer experience and efficient service.


The Role

  • Provide recruitment function support, coordination and administration
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with our key stakeholders and customers, whilst delivering a firstclass customer service
  • A large amount of time will be spent on the phone talking to customers at various stages
  • An excellent communicator, both verbal and written able to create written content accurately and efficiently
  • Research using large databases
  • Maintain accurate records and CRM systems
  • General administration duties

Who are we looking for?

  • You must be comfortable working in a smaller, yet fast paced team with the ability to work independently
  • Confident and resilient telephone manner
  • Experience in Sales and/or business development would be advantageous
  • Strong administration background along with customer service experience
  • High level of motivation and the ability to work alone and as part of a small team
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet targets and adhere to strict guidelines and legislation

What our client can offer in Return
- £20,000 - £22,000 depending on experience

  • The opportunity to undertake a funded formal qualification and ongoing development
  • 20 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day each year (max 25 days) + bank holidays
