Part Time HR Advisor, 12 months interim- Coventry, Hybrid
About Our Client:
Page Personnel are supporting a public sector organisation based in Coventry with the appointment of a Part Time HR Advisor (3 days per week) for a 12 month interim contract.
Reporting to a HR Manager, the role of Part Time HR Advisor is a varied and generalist role, supporting with a wide range of HR matters, including but not limited to:
- Provide expert advise to stakeholders on HR matters
- Manage employee relations casework in a timely manner
- Lead on occupational health referrals where appropriate
- Contribute to HR policy review
- Support the wider HR team with other generalist matters
