Infrastructure Engineer - Hybrid Role - London/ Home - Up to £60,000 per annum + benefits

Ensure contractual obligations to customers are fulfilled through proactive monitoring and responsive support.
Monitor customer systems and networks, process alerts, and efficiently manage incidents and service requests.
Participate in projects to deploy and work with cutting-edge technologies, delivering new or updated solutions on-site or remotely.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, from junior staff to executives, providing exceptional customer service.
Adhere to rigorous information security, compliance policies, and industry best practices.

Proven expertise in server and cloud infrastructure technologies, including Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, VMware, and Microsoft Azure.

Demonstrable knowledge of ITIL Framework and experience working in a Managed Services Provider environment.
