Do you have strong IT skills and are looking to utilize your excellent communication and organizational skills in your next role? Signature Recruitment is happy to present an exciting opportunity to join one of our clients, a prestigious London University, on a full-time, temporary basis.
The purpose of this role is to provide a support role to students within the exam room, as well as assisting the exam team in preparing for the exams and in administering exam logistics.
E-Exams Support Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling student IT queries during their exams
- Setting up rooms for exams
- Updating and managing student information
- Updating the exams database
- Ad hoc administrative duties
E-Exams Support Assistant Skills and Experience:
- Strong IT skills
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Salary:
From £17.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
