    The role

    The primary focus of the Client Services Executive (CSE) is to nurture and grow new and established client accounts by providing top tier administrative and operational support to ensure efficient client and management. The CSE will be responsible for ensuring temporary and permanent assignments run smoothly with candidates and clients through providing an exceptional level of service in onboarding procedures, quality control calls, on-site reviews, and payroll assistance. Alongside this the CSE will contribute towards business revenue and growth through building NHM relationships, appropriate coordination of vacancies (including taking and controlling job orders) shortlists, working lists and lead generation. You will work to increase account revenue through building and maintaining excellent client relationships, ensuring Signature are their first call when it comes to Recruitment with new clients and key accounts alike. We are problem solvers, trusted to find the best talent in the market. Excellent communication skills will be essential in order to forge and maintain long standing relationship with clients, candidates and colleagues.

    Responsibilities

    Client Management:

    • Maintain regular communication with clients and placed candidates to understand their needs and how best to support.
    • Keep clients in regular call cycles.
    • Live job calls with clients.
    • Coordinate interviews and meetings between clients and candidates.
    • Keep accurate records of client interactions.
    • Stay up to date with any changes in Key Accounts.
    • Conducting client meetings to take on jobs or conduct service reviews.

    New Business

    • Create New Hiring Managers in Key Accounts and get all into a spec/call cycle.
    • NHM meetings to introduce Signature.
    • Using leads to reach out to new clients and get Signature terms signed so we are able to work on roles.

    Administrative Support:

    • Handle paperwork and documentation related to candidate placements.
    • Assist in job posting and advertising on various platforms.
    • Manage databases and update client profiles.
    • Run candidate finishers and send thank you cards upon assignment completion.

    Coordination:

    • Ensure smooth logistics for interviews, assessments, and client visits.
    • Act as a liaison between clients, candidates, and the recruitment team.
    • Project manage live vacancies to ensure best possible outcome for candidates and clients.

    Compliance:

    • Ensure adherence to recruitment laws and regulations.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
    • AWR processing.

    Experience required

    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for liaising with clients and candidates effectively, as well as the internal team. We work closely together throughout the day so clarity in communication is key.
    • Organisational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are crucial to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Time Management: We are a busy team, and require the successful person to be able to efficiently manage their time to make sure projects are delivered on time and to standard.
    • Attention to Detail: Accuracy is vital when dealing with candidate documentation and client requirements.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates is a key aspect of the role.
    • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with desktop software and Microsoft Office suite is essential.
