Now is a really exciting time to join the Recruitment team as we set off on our improvement journey to support the Trust with its ambitious recruitment plans.

You will lead the organisation's resourcing function in order to deliver strategic, innovative, timely and cost-effective recruitment and safe staffing solutions.

Ensuring that the recruitment policy, practice, systems, and strategy are aligned with the requirements of the organisation, internal customers, and key external partners.

We work flexibly across the week and currently undertake a mixture of home and office based (hybrid) across our Trust.
