Property Administrator - Commercial, Land and New Homes teams

Based at our Shoreditch branch

Basic salary from £22,000 up to £24,000 per annum, depending on level of experience

This is a full time position; Monday 8:45am to 6.00pm, Wednesday 8:45am to 6.00pm and Fridays 8:45am to 5.00pm

Requirements:


The main purpose of this role is to carry out administrative tasks and support the successful running of the Commercial, Land & New Homes sales teams.
**Duties will include;

  • Monitoring the team inboxes and tasks and generate and send out letters / correspondence as necessary
  • Acting as a first point of contact, managing incoming calls and messages and welcoming visitors
  • Assisting Directors with marketing/ social media
  • Checking all relevant and compliance documentation is in place for any new instructions and to chasing accordingly
  • Producing property brochures and window cards and ordering upon instruction and any price changes
  • Recording all customer contact on the system and ensuring follow up communications are scheduled
  • Supporting the teams in any day to day tasks as required
  • Proven working experience in an administrative role with high levels of customer service
  • A basic understanding of the property market and legislation would be desirable but is not essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to be empathetic and/or assertive when required
  • Able to work as part of a team, effectively contributing toward departmental projects, KPI's and wider objectives.
  • Solutions & Customer focused
  • Structured and organised, with good time management skills
