**We have an immediate requirement for an Independent Living Advisor who has excellent customer service skills and a natural ability to build great relationships with the people they are supporting.
**Working across 2 sites based in Bury on a 3 month fixed term contract you will be overseeing the tenants in the community dealing with any issues, problem solving and handling difficult situations.

Offering immediate start, full time hours Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, paying £15.30p/h (equivalent to £29,439), the opportunity to work with a great team and make a difference.
What will you be doing as an Independent living advisor?

  • Building relationships with the residents you are overseeing and supporting them to resolve any issue they need help with
  • Working across 2 sites responding to new enquiries that need addressing
  • Carrying out risk assessments for potential new tenants
  • Supporting the needs of the community
  • Deescalating complaints quickly that may arise and handle challenging situations

What skills and experience would you need as an Independent Living Advisor?

  • You have worked in housing, independent living or sheltered accommodation
  • Are up to speed with regulations, policies and procedures around housing
  • Enjoy engaging with people, building trust and great relationships
  • Have strong attention to detail and can prioritise your own workload
