Reed Talent Solutions are working with a Government accredited private COVID-19 screening service and a global production company on the search for
Multi-Skilled Testing Operatives.
Within this role, you will complete various job responsibilities including Swab Testing, Participant Administration/Check In, Running, and Sample Maturing.


This opportunity is a temporary ongoing role where you will be allocated to 1 to 5 shifts per week, varying between 4 to 12 hour shifts, by a member of our Sourcing/Delivering Team.

We will seek your availability on a week by week basis.


Role information:


  • Pay rate £14.25 per hour
  • Expenses £20.25 per shift (set amount)


  • Payroll

  • PAYE weekly one week in arrears
  • Duration temporary ongoing

Role responsibilities:


  • Support the delivery of services at the Testing Site, communicating and providing an efficient, effective service for each service user visiting the site
  • Support and reassure the individuals throughout the testing process
  • Being versatile to changing demands on site, whilst understanding role may change dependent on test kit availability
  • Support with testing registration and administration (registration, preparing, processing and recording test results)
  • Support with sample analysis and record accurate results.
  • Commitment to the work and to following the strict guideline and procedures required
  • Undertake training on hand washing and ensure personal hygiene is maintained to a high level
  • Undertake training on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements and ensure PPE is worn and changed as required
  • Ensure to adhere to site guidelines and procedures at all times, always wearing the correct PPE as required
  • Undertake clinical deep cleaning
- previous Covid-19 testing experience (desirable, not essential)
- previous experience working in a shift booking based role (desirable, not essential)
