Ambient People is recruiting a Finance Manager to support the closure of accounts process for a large London local authority.

Reporting to the Chief Accountant you will provide additional support to the closure of accounts process through accounts production and audit.

The challenges facing local authorities currently with audit(s) are by now well documented.

This is further fuelling the demand for local authority closure of accounts and audit specialists given the backlog in work most authorities face currently.

Thisis a flexible assignment, which can be delivered either entirely from home if necessary.

Start dates too can be flexible, so if you aren't available for a month, or two, and think it's too soon to think about looking for your next contract - it isn't.
