Role:

We have an opportunity for a Reponsive Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Croydon.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the workforce across the contract and ensure consistant performance against targets.
Organise your team and ensure operatives are accepting and attending appointments arranged by the scheduling team.
Monitor quality of work through onsite inspections, reports and KPI's.
Complete appropriate paperwork such as method statements and risk assessments.

Requirements:

Previous responsive maintenance experience
Worked at a supervisory level

IT skills

Microsoft Excel, Access and Outlook
Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
Excellent Communicator
Ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines

Other Key Information:

Full UK driving licence
Company will carry out a DBs check
Working hours 8am5pm Monday
Friday
