Are you a talented Senior CAD Designer, with proven experience in interior design? Our Wiltshire based client is looking for a CAD Design Manager to join their growing and innovative business.

Creating luxury and functional interiors for high-end medical practices and other commercial clients, this is a varied role with a firm focus on technical detailing.

Interior fit out specialists (commercial).
Briefing with clients on their design preferences, requirements and project goals.
Producing creative design concepts to company standards and presenting proposals to clients.
Create technical and detailed design specifications for materials, finishes and fixtures.
Coordinating with project stakeholders for a seamless execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design.

Proven experience in interior design, preferably commercial or office spaces.
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools and Adobe Creative Suite.
Exceptional communication skills, with confidence in conveying design concepts to all project stakeholders.
Strong understanding of design principles, material and construction techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
