We are working with a leading multi-disciplined Property Consultancy that is looking for a Residential Valuation Surveyor to join their team and support business activities in the ever-changing property market across Aberdeen.
We are eager to speak to candidates from all levels including Senior, Associate and Director.
What you will get in your new role
In this role, you will join an ambitious valuation team where no two days are the same as you will be working on varying types of residential properties. You will earn a market-leading salary of up to £50,000, depending upon experience, and be provided with a company car/car allowance and discretionary bonus, as well as endless progression opportunities.
Responsibilities within your new role
The main responsibilities within this role as a Residential Valuation Surveyor will be travelling to different sites and undertaking instructions for home buyer reports, building surveys and mortgage valuations for a range of residential properties in the area.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a chartered surveyor within a property surveying environment and will hold a relevant degree in the field. You will also be RICS registered and have a full driving licence. The ability to work both independently and in a team, as well as having a positive mindset and great work ethic is key in this role.
