What you will be doing:

Customer Advocacy: Understand and champion the voice of our customers, integrating feedback to shape our services and products.

Renewal Management: Coordinate renewals seamlessly, addressing concerns with genuine concern, ensuring our loyal customers are always at the forefront.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage closely with diverse teams, ensuring harmonious and consistent experiences across the spectrum.

_ Requirements:
_

Proven experience in customer experience, renewals, or a closely related field.
Exceptional communication skills, adept at forming and maintaining relationships.
A sharp analytical mind, skilled at distilling complex customer data into actionable strategies.
Proactivity and foresight in addressing and anticipating potential customer challenges.
Commercially aware to provide the best service to our customers
Excel in a fastpaced environment

_ We see it as an advantage if you..._

Have experience working with channel partnership
Have a track record of identifying upselling and crossselling opportunities
Proficient and comfortable with MS Excel
