Description

Fledglings Pre-School & Day Nursery is looking for a new team member to join our outstanding nursery in Bramhall, Stockport.

We are seeking an Apprentice Early Years Educator to join our friendly team. If you are enthusiastic, trustworthy, hardworking, and enjoy being around children, we want to hear from you.

Provide a safe, stimulating educational environment indoors and outdoors.
Implement a play-based Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Ensure the nursery meets Ofsted requirements.
Follow nursery policies and procedures, including child protection protocols.
Plan activities to support children's learning outcomes.
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents/carers.
Collaborate with senior management on self-evaluation and improvement.

Qualifications Required: Preferred grade 4 in Math, English, and ICT. Opportunity for a skills Bootcamp course to kickstart an accelerated apprenticeship at level 3.

You will be trained on-the-job and off-the-job to work towards the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard.

Level 3 Diploma for Early Years Educator.
Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid.
Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if needed).
