With many commercial sectors.

both in the UK and internationally, suffering varying degrees of distress, my client's strong restructuring tax team has extensive hands-on domestic and cross-border transactions experience to help resolve critical tax considerationsin an efficient and practical manner.

They are able to advice stressed and distressed businesses and their lenders, dealing with the many and varied tax consequences in such situations.

Primary responsibilities:

Restructuring and insolvency related work
Tax DD for both contingency planning situations and transactions within insolvency for businesses located in the UK and globally
Provide advice in relation to the structuring of transactions
Provision of general tax advisory and compliance services
