About the role - Event Project Manager

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager, to work with their Sales and Warehouse Managers.


As part of a small but fast-growing company you'll be helping drive their business forward on an exciting and ambitious journey.


As the Senior Project Manager you will assist with quoting and costing, but you will really begin to own the customer journey from the point the job is confirmed right up until the event is completed.


  • Assisting with quoting
  • Responsible for the life journey of project
  • From people to production to equipment
  • Working with the warehouse crews
  • Owning project costs and profitability for which your bonus will be linked
  • Customer management and communication
This is a role for someone who really wants to make a change and grow an ambitious business.

About you

This role is for someone who truly wants a challenge of helping to grow an ambitious business. You should be a highly ambitious and organized individual. As a fast-growing company, it's all hands-on deck.

You will work with a variety of people from apprentices through to our Managing Director. You will be able to communicate via a variety of channels.

  • 2+ years' experience
  • Extensive knowledge in the events industry
  • Passport and driving license
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Outcomes driven
  • As happy to be hands-on at an event or head down in a spreadsheet
You should be as good at Excel as you are speaking to customers. You're able to manage upwards, target oriented and be self-motivated to drive the company forward.
