Learning Administrator:

Willmott Dixon is looking to recruit an Administrator to support our Learning team.

The main purpose of the role is to provide administration support for the day-to-day functioning of the Learning team as well as providing a customer focused service to the business.

This will be a temporary role covering for sickness.

We need somebody to work initially for 30 hours per week and the role will be office based at our Head Office in Letchworth Garden City.

Ideally we need somebody that is immediately available to start this role.

Duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Project and Administration Support:

  • Production of training materials, organisation of training resources and general administrative support.
  • Data Entry and ongoing maintenance of the inhouse training system.
  • Working with Excel spreadsheets (need experienced of formulas, vlookups etc.)
  • Support with all administrative tasks relating to the Learning function.
  • Support with diary management and administration of the team plus organising all team meetings.
  • Provide support to projects as required.
Training Co-ordination support

  • Assist with coordinating delegate attendance.
  • Assist with coordinating venues, facilitators and delegate accommodation.
Management Reporting

  • Collation of Learning information and statistics on request.
  • Sending out post course delegate surveys and collating feedback responses for each course.

Essential skills required:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy (up to Intermediate Level for MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint desirable)
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to continuously prioritise workload
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to follow through to completion with all tasks
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good general level of education to A-Level or equivalent

Desirable:

  • Database/ Systems Management
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Interest in Learning and Development
