What will you be doing here?
This is a new key role and will provide further support to the compliance framework, specialising in customs compliance and export compliance laws and regulations, including UK, EU, and US (ITAR/ EAR).
- Responsible for GDPR, Data Privacy, ITAR, EAR, Export Control
- Assure complete adherence to all import, export, and customs authorisation requirements for the business.
- Manage and oversee the policies, procedures, and processes related to trade compliance and customs.
- Lead training for all staff in all compliance matters.
- Support projects and bids by ensuring compliance with UK export control and US ITAR/EAR regulations, as well as customs import and export requirements.
- Audit Preparation
- Monthly reporting for employee overseas travel
- Provide summaries for MBR's and SME's
