We are looking for a Sales Graduate to join our growing team.

In this role you will gain experience in a range of areas, enabling you to see where you would like your path to take you; specialising at a later date.

Working with various team members, you will get involved in work that will be critical to the success of our products and company, for example;

  • Business Development
  • Sales Operations
  • Sales Marketing & Promotion
  • Product Development
  • National & International Sales Strategy
  • Bid & Tender Writing

Who are you?

  • You will be an enthusiastic, selfstarting
  • You will enjoy working as part of a team
  • You will be articulate and presentable who genuinely has a desire and passion for Aerospace
  • Someone who doesn't mind traveling (Sales is not done from the office)
  • A semi technical background is a plus
  • Strong research skills (to churn the market data)
  • Ability to communicate and build rapport and lasting relationships
  • Willingness to find new leads
  • Ability to build and make presentations
  • The right attitude is equally as important as background and experience

Education and or Experience

  • Educated preferably to degree level or equivalent in an appropriate discipline
  • Experience and/or knowledge of the following is desirable: Direct Sales, Sales Support, Business Development, Technical Sales
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project);

What will you be doing here?
Reporting into the Chief Sales Officer your responsibilities will include:

  • General Support BD & Sales Function
  • Assist with Salesforce CRM data input and actions tracker
  • Assist with opportunity review ppt. packs etc
  • Support at exhibitions
  • Research agency programmes / roadmaps and find associated funding
  • Sales Operations
  • Support the Sales Operations Manager in internal & external sales execution
  • Support in coordinating the bid writing process
  • Produce reports for various sales reviews
  • Product Management & Strategy
  • Undertake market research into UK and international client and competitor markets
  • Assist with end user engagements and requirement capture
  • Produce ppt of use cases from the outcomes of end user engagements


Please note that this is not a graduate scheme, it is a direct entry role aimed at graduates to enable you to try a variety of roles early in your career.
