About the Role
This is an important role.

Working closely with your Senior Manager, you'll help deliver an effective total reward strategy which is a critical element of our Employee Value Proposition.

The role encompasses all aspects of reward, with your ultimate goal to support the Society in delivering on its Strategic Blueprint.

On a day to day basis you will take the lead in ensuring the processes and procedures in Reward, Policy and Governance team ensure that we run efficiently and provide a great customer experience.

You'll also ensure it supports the effective delivery of our people strategy spanning the, attraction, retention, wellbeing and engagement of colleagues across the Society.

Alongside this you will always have an eye on the regulatory frameworks and the external marketplace to ensure we're compliant and competitive, scanning the horizon to ensure we're prepared for the future.

Underpinning your work will be effective relationship and supplier management.

About You
You'll be an accomplished Reward professional, with experience of successfully delivering a total reward strategy. Alongside this you'll need;

A working knowledge of all elements of reward fixed pay, variable pay, benefits, recognition and wellbeing
Sound knowledge of the Financial Services industry ideally with experience in a Tier One organisation
A high degree of numeracy with a strong attention to detail
A high level of initiative, able to work independently
Excellent project and continuous improvement skills, with previous examples of successful change delivery
Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills, with the ability to engage at all levels across the enterprise
