We are looking for a Client Representative to join our team and become a key point of contact for our valued clients.

This role is perfect for an individual who thrives on building relationships, providing excellent service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Duties:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized attention
Understand client needs and requirements, offering tailored solutions and recommendations
Communicate with clients inperson to understand their needs and address any concerns or questions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues

Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment

Salary:
From £25,780.47 per year
