Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Centre Representative.

As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Up sell products or services to increase revenue
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving billing issues
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problemsolving skills
  • Follow call centre scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Communicate effectively with customers using proper phone etiquette
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Skills:


  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems while on the phone
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure

Salary:
From £23,012.73 per year
