We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Centre Representative.As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Up sell products or services to increase revenue
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving billing issues
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problemsolving skills
- Follow call centre scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery
- Communicate effectively with customers using proper phone etiquette
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Skills:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems while on the phone
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
Salary:
From £23,012.73 per year
