Facilities Assistant

Temporary to Permanent

Full Time, Bedford

Our Bedford based client is looking for a reliable and hardworking Facilities Assistant to join their maintenance team.
This position is to start on 27th February._

You will be working across multiple sites in Bedford, so your own transport along with an Enhanced DBS is essential.

Salary:
£12-£13 per hour

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 3pm, 30-minute lunch.

Duties including, but not limited to:

To assist the facilities manager in ensuring all aspects of the site is to a high standard.
Inform the facilities manager of any site issues, including health and safety.
Ensure security, care and availability of all site.
Support supervision of cleaning staff.
Be a named key holder and attend site out of hours if required.

The person:

Enhanced DBS is essential.
Own transport is essential.
Good attention to detail.
Relevant experience / qualifications highly desirable.
