Purpose of the role

Travelling to properties in a designated region of the UK, meeting potential tenants, carrying out property viewings, check-ins, check-outs and routine visits to tenants.

Responsibilities include:

Carrying out property viewings across a designated region of the UK
Providing customer feedback from viewings
Carrying out inventories
Estimating accurate rental valuations, based on a good knowledge of the property market for the local area
Conducting property check ins & check outs with tenants
Carrying out routine tenant inspections
Logging and reporting the condition of properties visited
Keeping up to date with current legislation and upholding regulatory requirements for the Lettings sector
Recording travel times and working hours using the Atto App
Uploading property reports into Dropbox
Carrying out Notice Inspections and serves

Skills & Attributes:

An understanding of residential property leases and the property sector
Knowledge market knowledge of the property sector and regional area
IT literacy with Excel and Word
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Hold a valid UK driving Licence with access to your own vehicle and a willingness to travel
Hold a valid DBS Certificate
