Purpose of the role
Travelling to properties in a designated region of the UK, meeting potential tenants, carrying out property viewings, check-ins, check-outs and routine visits to tenants.
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out property viewings across a designated region of the UK
- Providing customer feedback from viewings
- Carrying out inventories
- Estimating accurate rental valuations, based on a good knowledge of the property market for the local area
- Conducting property check ins & check outs with tenants
- Carrying out routine tenant inspections
- Logging and reporting the condition of properties visited
- Keeping up to date with current legislation and upholding regulatory requirements for the Lettings sector
- Recording travel times and working hours using the Atto App
- Uploading property reports into Dropbox
- Carrying out Notice Inspections and serves
Skills & Attributes:
- An understanding of residential property leases and the property sector
- Knowledge market knowledge of the property sector and regional area
- IT literacy with Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Hold a valid UK driving Licence with access to your own vehicle and a willingness to travel
- Hold a valid DBS Certificate
- Selfmotivated
