Purpose of the role


Travelling to properties in a designated region of the UK, meeting potential tenants, carrying out property viewings, check-ins, check-outs and routine visits to tenants.


Responsibilities include:


  • Carrying out property viewings across a designated region of the UK
  • Providing customer feedback from viewings
  • Carrying out inventories
  • Estimating accurate rental valuations, based on a good knowledge of the property market for the local area
  • Conducting property check ins & check outs with tenants
  • Carrying out routine tenant inspections
  • Logging and reporting the condition of properties visited
  • Keeping up to date with current legislation and upholding regulatory requirements for the Lettings sector
  • Recording travel times and working hours using the Atto App
  • Uploading property reports into Dropbox
  • Carrying out Notice Inspections and serves

Skills & Attributes:


  • An understanding of residential property leases and the property sector
  • Knowledge market knowledge of the property sector and regional area
  • IT literacy with Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Hold a valid UK driving Licence with access to your own vehicle and a willingness to travel
  • Hold a valid DBS Certificate
  • Selfmotivated
