Salary:

30 Hours - £21,466 - £24,365
15 Hours - £10,733 - £12,183


What we're looking for:


We are looking for someone to work within our community-based teams to provide and monitor housing related support services to tenants within Independent Living Schemes, and other customers across the Wakefield District, who may have various support needs, with the main objective being to promote and maintain the individual's independence in their own home.

To join our Independent Living team, we're looking for someone with:

  • experience of working with older and vulnerable people, an understanding of their needs and knowledge of the services available to them;
- excellent customer care skills;
- a qualification at Level 1 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework in Maths and English; and
- a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle at all times.
