This fantastic opportunity awaits a motivated, innovative NMC registrant with a passion for midwifery practice education.
Main duties of the job

As Lead for Midwifery Practice Education Facilitation, the post-holder will provide direction, guidance and support to ensure we are facilitating a high-quality learning and education experience for our undergraduate students placed within ABUHB.
Additional responsibilities will include working closely with the Senior Nurse, Education Providers and HEIW, collaborating on the development and improvement of systems and processes within midwifery practice facilitation.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing leadership in terms of recruitment, professional development and pastoral support.
The post is varied and requires a dynamic individual with a flexible approach to work who is able to influence and lead a team of practice facilitators, and work collaboratively with partner agencies and ABUHB staff across the organisation to ensure quality practice education is provided to our students.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
