We are currently looking for a Team member in our Derby site.

Shift:
Monday - Friday 07:00am - 15:00pm / 14:00pm - 22:00pm

Salary:
£10.06 per hour (+£2 an hour night rate allowance)

Receiving, picking, put away, replenishment and dispatch. Participating in general warehouse duties where manual handling would be involved in the process.
Process inbound and outbound goods on customer's system, full training to be given and monitored during probationary period
Continuously look to improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and improvement in business operation and customer service.
Ensure any concerns, issues or variances to instructions are immediately communicated to your line manager to allow appropriate action to be taken at the earliest opportunity
Ensure all company procedures are adhered to, including absence, performance, standards of behaviour, taking due consideration of company values.
Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to, including PPE, escalating any concerns to your line manager at the earliest opportunity.
Ensure all equipment checks are carried out in accordance with procedure, raising any defects to your line manager.

Qualifications/Experience:

Good level of general education, including good understanding of both written and verbal English
Literate and numerate
Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
Awareness of manual handling techniques is an advantage.
FLT Licence desirable but not required
Ability to work as part of a team, withstand pressure and work to tight deadlines
