Working within the Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Advisor your role will be to provide an outstanding level of Customer Service to all our customers, whether that be verbally over the telephone or in written communication
Key Responsibilities:
- Always be a positive brand representative for ProCook.
- Responsible for the completion of online orders following internal processes.
- Capture Customer feedback about products and report any manufacturing defects to the Team Leader following the fault reporting process.
- Liaise with couriers where necessary to ensure successful delivery of our goods.
- Respond to productrelated questions from Customers.
- Protecting customer information, including sensitive financial information, in accordance with Company Policy.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication.
- IT literate, specifically Microsoft Outlook and awareness of full MS Office suite, with good numeracy skills.
- Able to always maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Organised, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Able to work as part of a team supporting colleagues and promoting excellent team spirit.
- Ability to prioritise workflow to meet deadlines.
- Adopt a helpful and flexible attitude.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude to change.
- Reliable, trustworthy and can use your own initiative without supervision but also correctly just when you need support.
Once trained this role will be working on a shift pattern:
Week one:
Weds, Thurs & Friday
Week two
- Mon, Tues, Sat & Sunday
