To deal with telephone enquiries regarding housing repairs from customers in a professional manner
To provide accurate advice, resolve enquires, raise orders, and maintain and update records
To liaise and work with colleagues, contractors and other partner agencies to resolve enquiries.
To identify customer needs, and utilising appropriate questioning and listening skills to identify and offer appropriate solutions.
To carry out all administrative tasks relating to the Contact Centre and any necessary followup work in relation to incoming calls.
Encourage and assist customers to access services, forms and information via the website
