Description
This is for 2 Lincoln-based Business Support Assistants for around 6 months.

They must have admin experience and be able to prioritise and work flexibly.


To work within a defined Business Support team providing support across a variety of administrative and clerical functions, including but not limited to meeting support, data entry, general office support and completion of defined service tasks.


Tasks can include:

Administrative support within defined services areas, data entry, arranging meetings and taking minutes, processing incoming and outgoing mail, typing service, filing, photocopying, scanning, telephone cover, reception duties


Required Knowledge and Skills

  • At least 5 GCSE passes at Grade C or above or equivalent Aprenticeship or NVQ Level 2 Business Administratiion or equivalent
  • Experience of MS Office: Word Excel as a minimum
  • Understanding of how to provide excellent customer service
  • Experience in dealing with public either face to face, telephone written capacity
  • Is thorough and pays attention to detail
  • Demeonstrating problem solving capabilities
  • Working on own initiative
  • Ability to manage ow time and workload
  • Ability to manage own time and workload
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Experience of Data entry
  • Experience in Minute Taking
  • An Awareness of Data Protection within the workplace

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£10.42 per hour
