Description

LDD, part of Acteon Group, is a marine and subsea foundation specialist working in the Offshore Renewables, Oil and Gas and Offshore Construction sectors.

Using our extensive in-field experience, we design, engineer, build and operate world class pile-installation, lifting equipment and drilling equipment to deliver tubular foundations of any size, in any geology, anywhere.


LDD Ltd will be supporting an offshore wind project located in France, by delivering a subsea drill system designed to create large diameter holes up to 9.5m in diameter in the seabed and install casing structures for the installation of tubular monopile foundations.

The drill system will be of a new design and build.


We are recruiting for a
Accounts Payable Assistant based in
Bridge of Don to join on a
3 to 6 month fixed-term contract basis.


Duties/Responsibilities

  • Responsible for fullcycle accounts payable processing in relation to LDD Group
  • Ensuring that all vendor invoices received include proper coding and have required supporting documentation
  • Ensuring that accurate and up to date records are maintained
  • Ensuring that all authorisations comply with procedures
  • Maintaining accurate supplier payments forecast to assist with cashflow reporting
  • Supporting project team to ensure they are compliant with internal controls

Requirements:


  • Experienced in purchase ledger or accounts payable
  • High level of IT aptitude, particularly in the use of MS Excel
  • Exceptional accuracy and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to deal with team members with conflicting priorities
  • Experience of working effectively without close supervision
  • Prior exposure to foreign currency transactions would be advantageous
  • Prior experience using Navision would be advantageous
