A very rare and exciting challenge has arisen in the East side of Bristol for a driven and determined Branch Manager who is hungry for a fresh challenge.

Our well respected client has a great reputation and due to their continued success they are eager to expand and open a new branch.

This role will suit a Branch Manager who has his a glass ceiling and is looking for something they can make their own.

You will have flexibility in choosing your own team, areas you focus on and much more.

Duties to include:

Marketing
Networking
Business development and increasing the market share
Generating and attending valuations
Generating and attending viewings
Some administration
Motivating staff

Duties will vary and due to the nature of this role you must expect to lend a hand wherever is required.

Extensive knowledge of the Bristol property market
HIGHLY self motivated
Willing to go the extra mile and commit to this role 110%
Confident and proactive
A keen networker
Honest with strong ethical morals
Experience in managing an Estate Agency branch
Keen eye for new business
Willing to put all hands to the deck no matter the duty
Competent valuer

Salary - £25k - 31k basic DOE with a great commission structure.
