A multi office independent Estate Agency are now looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team in Walthamstow, East London.

Some duties but not limited:

Registering applicants
Arranging and attending viewings
Negotiating offers
Liaising between tenants and landlords
Marketing properties, floor plans

The company are offering first-class training and development resources and funding of ARLA exams and qualifications.

Salary £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience
OTE £25,000 - £27,000
